Now you can select from the following six 

programs:

Constant Power, Iron Man, Mountain, Weight 

Loss, Interval, Valley.

Before you select the 

Constant Power

 program, 

you should get to know the difference between 

constant power

 and 

constant resistance

Constant resistance

 (in 

most training programs)

Resistance remains the same independent of the speed.

Watt control 

(constant wattage) (in the 

Constant Power program)

Resistance depends on the speed. The console examines the 

cadence (RPM) of the user in order to guarantee a constant 

wattage during training.

If the speed increases, the resistance decreases.

If the speed decreases, the resistance increases.

Now you can set your weight between 30 - 181 

kg (66 - 399 lbs).
