Step 2: Assembly of the Main Frame, Pulleys and Cable Routing

NOTICE
+ The majority of the pulleys are pre-assembled when delivered. These pulleys (65) need to be
disassembled in order to perform the cable routing.
+ The two pulleys (012 and 013) for the frame are not pre-assembled.
1. Pass the cable (46) over the pulley (013) [point A] and fix the pulley (013) to the upper side of the
frame (001) and pulley baffle (004) with the pre-assembled screw (026), two flat washers (031)
and one nut (034-1).
2. Pass the cable (46) down and under the pulley (012) [point B] and fix the pulley (012) to the
lower side of the frame (001) with the pre-assembled screw (025), two flat washers (031) and
one nut (034-1).
3. Disassemble the pulley (65) [point C], pass the cable (46) below the pulley (65) and reassemble
the pulley (65).
࣑ CAUTION
Make sure to pass the cable through the opening of the main frame before mounting it.
4. Now fix the main frame (34-2) to the joint frame (35-2) with four screws (86), four spring washers
(98) and four plain washers (101).
5. Disassemble the pulley (65) [point D], pass the cable (46) over the pulley (65) and reassemble
the pulley (65).
