Step 2: Assembly of the Height Adjusting Bar and the Safety Bar
1. Attach two plastic tube bushings (9) to the main frame (10).

NOTICE
Height adjusting bar and safety bar are expandable.
2. Insert the height adjusting bar (11) into the main frame (10) in the desired height by using the
popper pin (8).
3. Insert the safety bar (13) into the main frame (10) in the desired height by using the lock catch
(5).
4. Repeat all previous steps for the other stand.
5. Secure the left and right barbell locks (16 &15) through the top of the height adjusting bar (11)
with a lock nut (3).
