Warm up the engine to normal operating 

temperature. 
Turn it ‘OFF’ and wait for 5 minutes for the 

oil to return to the oil pan. Be sure the ve-

hicle is on a level surface. 
Take out the dipstick, wipe it clean, and 

reinsert it fully. Pull it out again and exam-

ine the oil level. It should be between ‘MIN’ 

and ‘MAX’ level. If not, top up with recom-

mended engine oil.
