An unplayable disc is inserted.

The rating level is set.

Dirty/Scratched DVD/CD
•
DVD-Audio (24bit/96Kbit) or
SAC-CD.
•
DIVX DVD (Version 6.x or
greater)

DVD-RW is not finalized
•
DVD/VCD/CD have not
chapter/index or blocked
•
Subtitle setup is not right
•
DVD has only one camera angle

Memory card is not in the right
slot

File that is not palyable was

Forgot parental password
Correction
•
Point the remote control to the
remote sensor on DVD-Player

Operate the remote control
closer to the DVD player

Replace the batteries
