1.When I connected to the computer to watch live video, the video went slowly and delayed
more and more seriously. Why?
--Please check your network whether it is standard. For example, you can replace the network cable with a
new one that is tested and qualified.
2.When I log in the device by IE, the log-in screen was displayed, but I can’t log in. Why ?
--Please check the IE, internet options->privacy->settings, and make sure the setting level is below “medium”.
3.Why can’t I log in after I adjust the privacy safety setting to “medium”?
--Please download the 'active.exe' and install it before logging in.
4.Why do parts of setting buttons become invalid after running for a long time?
--It is due to the excessive caching, please clean the IE caching, relog-in the page. Please press
'Ctrl+Shift+Delete' to clean.
