Communication between RTR-500DC and PC  

Operations which require RTR-500DC   PC Communica-

tion 

Base Unit Settings, Settings Changes, Initialization, etc. 
Downloading Recorded Data from RTR-500DC to PC 

Have you already completed installing "RTR-500DC for Windows" 
and the USB device drivers? 

Do not connect more than one RTR-500DC at a time to the PC. 

Connect the RTR-500DC with the supplied USB communication cable 

to your PC to carry out communication.

To a USB port on PC 

 

- Make sure that the cable is inserted fully, so as not to cause an improper 

connection.

If the screen does not change after connecting the device, the USB driver may not 

have been installed correctly. Please see [Help for Unit Recognition Failure] and check 

the USB driver.
