Software Upgrading

17.1.

About Software Upgrading

Software upgrade can be done in one of two ways:

•

Using a web browser (HTTP/HTTPS).

•

Using secure copy (SCP).

Note:

To upgrade the Border Controller, a valid Release key and software file is required. Contact
your TANDBERG representative for more information.

Note:

Configuration is restored after performing an upgrade but we recommend that you make a
backup of the existing configuration using the TANDBERG Management Suite before
performing the upgrade.
