TANDBERG‟s licensors are third-party beneficiaries of this License and the
provisions hereof are made expressly for the benefit of, and are enforceable by,
TANDBERG‟ licensors and their licensors.

The Software and Documentation are
“commercial items” as defined in FAR
§
2.101, consisting of “commercial computer
software” and “commercial computer software documentation” as used in FAR
§
12.212 and 48 C.F.R.
§§
227.7202, and the corresponding provisions in DFARs, and
are being licensed to the U.S. government as commercial items pursuant to this
license agreement and in compliance with FAR and DFAR.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS.
All rights not expressly granted under this agreement
are reserved by the owners of the Software and Documentation.
