For each iSCSI target, complete the following steps to
connect the target
:
a.
Select an
iSCSI qualified name
(IQN) from the left pane.
The target’s port information opens.
b.
Check both the
Visible
and
Auto Login
boxes.
c.
Click
Security
.
The
Configure Security
dialog window opens.
NOTE: The Target User Name (the host’s IQN name), must match the user name that is
specified in the iSCSI Management settings of the Remote Management Console.
d.
Enter the
Target Secret
.
This secret must match the CHAP secret that was set in the Remote Management
Console for this particular iSCSI target.
e.
Click
OK
.
f.
Click the port information
Status
tab.
The target’s connection status is displayed.
