3.5 Update Firmware

(1) Preparation

USB cable, 24V power adapter, setup tool, firmware file or characters library.

(2) Connection

Connect the printer and the host with a USB cable. Check the Device Manager, if connection is

successful, “USB Printing Support” will display under “Universal Serial Bus Controllers” directory.

Otherwise, please check the connection between the printer and the USB interface.
