Each product is individually tested on the production line before delivery. The strength and tightness of the gate valves are tested in the 

manufacturing factory according to DIN EN12266, DIN EN14339 and DIN EN1074-6.

 Premium DIN Underground Fire Hydrants are only suitable for “OPEN – CLOSED” duty. Their main purpose is 

the access and withdrawal of water in order to extinguish fires.
They comply with European standards DIN EN14339, DIN EN1074-6 and the relevant DVGW requirements W 386 (P), and they have 

DVGW approval for drinking water as well as the CE mark according to European Construction Products Directive 89/106/CEE.
These hydrants are designed with a one-piece body. The stem bearing is trapped in the flange bearing without contact with the medium. 

A safety interlock prevents ejection of the inner trim during dismantling work for maintenance. The cams at the outlet-claw prevent the 

ejection of the standpipe under vibration conditions. The automatic drainaged device, placed on both sides, limits the amount of residual 

water to a value below the requirement of the DIN standard.
They are proposed in Single Shut Off version (UHA) or Double Shut Off version (UHAD), and are available in STANDARD or PREMIUM 

level of finish.
