Step 3 – Fold in and lock the support leg

leg towards the underside of the base. When the
support leg lies snug against the underside of the
TAKATA I-SIZE BASE, the support leg is locked into
place by a spring in the release slider.

Adjusting the support leg
Step 1 – Fold out the support leg
[MINI_I-SI MINI_I-SIZE_028] Take hold
of the support leg on the underside of the TAKATA
I-SIZE BASE. Push the release slider of the folding
mechanism to the side, pull the support leg out of the
transportation position, and swing it out as far as it
will go. When it reaches full extension, the support leg
is locked into place by a spring in the release slider.
Step 2 – Unlock and adjust the support leg
[MINI_I-SIZE_029] Press the button on the height
adjustment mechanism as far in as possible, and slide
the support leg up or down. When the desired position
is reached, release the button and check that the
support leg is locked in place. This is indicated by a
click, and a green marking on the top of the button.
