Reclining/Raising the Backrest

If the chair rotation lock is released, the chair rotation is locked automatically when you press
the switch.
You can raise and recline the backrest by operating either of the switches.
The backrest rises or declines while the switch is pressed.

When you recline the backrest without using the headrest, support the customer's head with your
hand so that the customer will not contact with the shampoo bowl.
WARNING
•Check that the customer's hands or arms are not between the backrest and
seat before reclining the backrest.
•Carefully recline the backrest so that the headrest or backrest will not contact
any shampoo bowl or nearby equipment.
•Before raising the backrest, check that the customer's arms or hands are not
in between the backrest and armrests, and operate it safely.
