Adjustment of each part

1.

Wide cap frame

1.

Adjustment of depth of cap

It is possible to adjust the frame to the depth of cap by changing the attaching position of the needle plate guide (1).

2.

Adjustment to fit to material thickness of cap

1.

Loosen the screw (1).

2.

Adjust position of the lid frame fitting (2) according to fabric thickness of cap.

Adjust the fixing position of the lid frame fitting according to thickness of cloth of cap. Incorrect
adjustment will cause breakage of frame or design displacement.
