from being passed any further (an open circuit to discontinue the
signal).

In being passed from rack-2 to rack-3, the audio is passed through a
buffer amplifier and so requires a 600

Ω

termination. This termina-

tion is provided by shorting positions 1-2 of LK2-1.

Short positions 2-3 of links LK2-2 and LK2-3 (open circuit) since the
