Rotate the arm right or leftwards.

Steps 

Description 

1. 

Push the head lever downwards to release, as shown in picture 1.   

2. 

Rotate the hand wheel clockwise to move rightwards and counter clockwise to move 
leftwards, as shown in picture 2.   

3. 

Pull the head lever upwards to tighten the head, as shown in picture 1.
