c interface. Information about the interface’s IP address,
the number of packets and bytes sent and received, the number of transmission errors and other
important data are displayed.
You can assign an IP address to an interface, together with a subnet mask and broadcast address.
You can also enable or disable the dynamic Address Resolution Protocol (ARP, enabled by de-
fault).

shows the memory usage statistics.

entry shows how much free memory is le

informs the user about the amount of free memory designated for network packets.

command allows access to the Ethernet transceiver. With no arguments displays Ethernet
port status (link state, negotiated speed, etc.)
