If after following the checks listed previously, the unit is still not functioning
correctly follow the procedure below.

Have your Anilog to hand as we may ask you to go through some testing
procedures. We will need the following information.
Serial number which is located under the battery
Nature of problem
If we cannot resolve the issue we will give you a RMA number which you
should keep for future reference. You will then be asked to return the unit
for testing. If possible please return the unit in the box it was supplied in
along with all accessories.
**Note. DO NOT send the unit back until you have contacted Tagmaster UK.
If you do so then the unit may be returned to you without being tested.
