Trouble Shooting

The Anilog does not work

Check that:

The unit is charged

The cradle is plugged in and powered
on during charging

The battery pack is correctly fitted on
the rear of the Anilog

The Anilog will no communicate
with the PC

Check that:

The unit is seated correctly in the
cradle

The cradle is powered up

The cradle is connected to the PC via
the supplied cable

The Anilog is in communications
mode

The correct COM port set in Anidata

The Anilog will not read a tag

Check that:

The unit read tag flashes

The unit is not too close to large
metal objects or electrical devices

There is not more than 1 EID tag in
range
