FlexSet 120/280 User Guide

Display Message

       Key LED

Operating Call Forward - key programmed with destination:

You can program a feature key for “Call Forward” to a specific destination (see  

“Programming: Programmable Keys” on page 135

). Pressing the defined key 

automatically activates Call Forward to the defined destination; the LED is lit. 
When the key is pressed a second time, Call Forward turns off and the LED 
extinguishes. Use the Divert Call feature (see

 page 56

), to transfer a single 

incoming call instead of answering the call.
An example of Call Forward All to Susan is shown below. The procedure is 
similar for other Call Forward types.

To activate Call Forward All with destination:
