OCC is for users with rotary trunks and/or FlexSets defined with Auto transfer.
This feature allows you to send DTMF tones over a trunk in order to use
various features and services such as OCC’s, answering machines, voice mail
systems and any other service that requires DTMF tones.

To send DTMF signaling during a trunk call:

1. Press

[OCC]

.

2. Dial the required digits.



Note:

This feature can only be activated if you have a programmed OCC

key. To program an OCC key, use feature code #127.
