2. Hoisting
[Condition]
• L oad : None
• Engine speed : Approximately 670 min
-1
to medium speed
[Procedure]
1. Shift the boom telescoping lever to full stroke first.
2. Make sure that the main winch moves slowly
while the auxiliary winch lever is slightly operated.
3. Make sure that the main winch does not move
while the auxiliary winch lever is operated to full
stroke.
3. Backward stability control
[NOTICE]
Extend the outrigger fully, and set up the machine
horizontally.
1. Select the on-rubber for outrigger set status on
the AML.
2. The boom is retracted fully.
3. The boom raising operation must be stopped
automatically at 70° (over-front, slewing angle 0°)
and 51° (whole circumference, check at over side
(slewing angle: 90° or 270°)).
4. The boom lowering must be available.
4. Frontward stability control
[NOTICE]
Extend the outrigger fully, and set up the machine
horizontally.
1. Select the on-rubber for outrigger set status on
the AML, when the counterweight is dismounted.
2. The boom is retracted fully and is on the over-side
(slewing angle: 90° or 270°).
3. The boom lowering operation must be stopped at
the load radius 6.1 m (20.0 ft) automatically.
4. The boom raising must be available.
5. Outrigger emergency setting
1. Turn ON the emergency outrigger state register
switch (CN907) of the upper right panel in the cab.
2. Icon flashes on the AML display.
3. Check that the extension width smaller than the
detected value can be registered on AML
manually.
6. Jib
1. Make sure that the anti-two-block function does
not work while the jib set status is registered.
2. Check the jib lock indicator lamp.
• Make sure that the lamp is lit when the jib is in
“set state” (the jib stowed detection switch
(CN572) is not activated).
3. Check the operation of the jib offset cylinder.
• Make sure that the jib offset cylinder can be
moved while the boom is retracted fully.
