Using a plasma screen or projector

If  you  wish  to  connect  a  plasma  screen  or  RGB-mode
projector  to  the 

DVD 1230 R

,  the  display  device  may

need  to  be  configured  to  Videosync,  and  a  separate
Sync  input,  if  present,  connected  to  the  FBAS  output  of
the 

DVD 1230 R

.

The FBAS signal contains the necessary synchronisation
signals,  and  the

  DVD 1230 R

  makes  them  available  at

the  Video  Out  Cinch  socket,  and  PIN 19  of  the  SCART
connector.
