X.21 Port
The X.21 port is located on the rear panel of
the C400xr codec.
INSTALLATION NOTE: The user is advised to ensure
the DCE connector of the X.21 cable is terminated
correctly.

Remote Trigger
The Remote Trigger input operates by
connecting the Remote Trigger (Pin 11) to
GND and holding the connection. This
instructs the C400xr to dial the ISDN
using the current selected patch configu-
ration. To hangup the ISDN call, discon-
nect from GND.
Trigger Voltage : less than 1.0V DC
The Remote Trigger can be Wire-Or con-
nected for multiple remote trigger access,
e.g. several studios sharing a single
C400xr unit.
