2.1 Operation Panel
POWER ON
Turn on the controller power and ready for operation
POWER OFF
Turn off the controller power after operation
Emergency Stop
Press this button when the operator or the machine has any safety concern or unusual state, all
electric control of the machine will be cut off. Except for the controller, all power including servo,
spindle and machining fluid will be also cut off to ensure the safety of operator and machine.
Home Mode
When CNC power is on, please apply home searching function in home mode
JOG Mode (Rapid JOG)
Operators are able to control the axis movement with
「
X+/X-/Y+/Y-/Z+/Z-
」
on panel in this mode.
Incremental JOG (IN JOG)
Operators are able to control axis movement with
「
X+/X-/Y+/Y-/Z+/Z-
」
on panel in this mode, the
moving distance is decided by
「
x1/x10/x100
」
MPG Mode
Operators are able to move the machine by rotating the MPG (Manual Pulse Generator) in this mode
AUTO Mode
Operators are able to auto execute NC file in this mode.
MDI Mode
Operators can execute MDIblock programs instead of NC programs
