seekinginjunctiverelieforseekingsuchotherrights

andremediesasitmayhaveatlaworequityfor

anyactualorthreatenedbreachofanyprovisionof

thisEULArelatingtoSynology'sintellectualproperty

rights.

Section 20.  Attorneys' Fees.

Inanyarbitration,

mediation,orotherlegalactionorproceedingto

enforcerightsorremediesunderthisEULA,the

prevailingpartywillbeentitledtorecover,inaddition

toanyotherrelieftowhichitmaybeentitled,costs

andreasonableattorneys'fees.

Section 21.  Severability.

Ifanyprovisionofthis

EULAisheldbyacourtofcompetentjurisdictionto

beinvalid,illegal,orunenforceable,theremainder

ofthisEULAwillremaininfullforceandeffect.

Section  22.    Entire Agreement.

  This EULA

setsforththeentireagreementofSynologyand

youwithrespecttotheSoftwareandthesubject

matter hereof and supersedes all prior and

contemporaneousunderstandingsandagreements

whether written or oral.  No amendment,

modificationorwaiverofanyoftheprovisionsof

thisEULAwillbevalidunlesssetforthinawritten

instrumentsignedbythepartytobeboundthereby.
