5.INSPECTION/ADJUSTMENT

CYLINDER HEAD DISASSEMBIY

Remove carbon deposits from the combustion
chamber. Remove valve spring and valve spring and
valve with a valve spring compressor.

CYLINDER HEAD INSPECTION

Remove gasket from cylinder head with a scraper.

Check the cylinder head for crack.
Check the cylinder head for warpage with a straight
edge and a feeler gauge.
Service limit: 0.10mm

VALVE SPRING INSPECTION

Measure the free length of the inner and outer valve
spring.
Service limit:
Outer: 35mm

Inner : 28mm
