3.4 Evacuating products of combustion
For information on evacuating the products of combustion, please refer to
regulation in force. The
fl
ue gas outlet/air intake kit is not supplied with the
boiler as accessories for sealed-chamber forced-draught appliances, which
better adapt to the installation context, can be used.
To extract the
fl
ue gas and restore the combustion air in the boiler, use
original tubes or others with the same characteristics which are CE certi
fi
ed
and ensure that they are correctly connected as indicated in the instructions
provided with the
fl
ue gas accessories.
More than one appliance can be connected to the same exhaust
fl
ue, as
long as they are all of the sealed-chamber type.
The boiler is a type C appliance (with a sealed chamber) and must there-
fore have a secure connection to the
fl
ue gas outlet pipe and combustion
air intake pipe which both
fl
ow outside, and without which the appliance
cannot operate.
“FORCED OPEN” INSTALLATION (B22-B52)
The
fl
ue gas outlet pipe can be pointed in the direction most suited to the
speci
fi
c installation needs.
To install, follow the instructions supplied with the kits.
In this con
fi
guration, the appliance is connected to the 80 mm Ø
fl
ue gas
outlet pipe using a 60-80 mm Ø adapter (
fi
g. 1).
In this con
fi
guration the combustion air is withdrawn from the room
where the appliance is installed, which should be technically suitable
and ventilated.
The
fl
ue gas outlet pipes which are not isolated are potential sources
of danger.
When necessary, the
fl
ue gas
fl
ange (
C
) is to be removed by lifting it using
a screwdriver.
The table shows the straight lengths allowed.
On the basis of the length of the pipe used, one of the
fl
anges
provided should be inserted (see table).

COAXIAL OUTLETS
(

The boiler is supplied set up to be connected to coaxial inlet/outlet pipes,
and with the air intake vent (
