q) Restoring factory settings
• Switch the power supply off.
• Press and hold the open button while switching the power
supply back on. You will hear two short beeps. Wait for approx.
5 seconds until a long beep sounds, and then release the
button. The product is now reset to factory settings.
Any programmed user information and transponder
information will be retained after a factory reset. The
master fingerprint is part of the user information and will
be retained.
12. Operation
a) Activating the changeover contact (ope-
ning and closing the door)
Activating with a user transponder (EM card)
The transponder must be held in front of the sensor surface
(around the fingerprint sensor) at a maximum distance of
approximately 4 cm. If a valid transponder is detected, the code
lock will emit a beep and the LED indicator (2) will turn green to
indicate that the changeover contact has been activated. In toggle
mode, a second reading of the transponder closes the code lock.
