• Safe operation can no longer be assumed if:
- the product shows visible signs of damage
- The product ceases to function.
- The product was stored for a long period of time in unfavourable conditions.
- it was exposed to heavy loads during transport
• Condensation may form when the product is brought from a cold room into a
warm one (e.g. during transportation).
Allow the product to come to room temperature before connecting it to the power
supply. This may take several hours.
Moisture on the power adapter may cause a fatal electric shock!
• Do not leave packaging material carelessly lying around, because it could be-
come a dangerous toy for children.
• Always comply with the accident prevention regulations for electrical equipment
when using the product in industrial facilities.
• The product must be operated under the supervision of qualified personnel in
schools, educational facilities, hobby and DIY workshops.

b) Power adapter
• The power adapter is manufactured according to Protection Class II.
• The power adapter must be connected to a standard mains socket that is con-
nected to the public grid.
• The mains adapter must be plugged in an easily accessible mains socket.
• The power adapter is only intended for use in dry, enclosed interiors; it must not
get damp or wet. There is a risk of fatal electric shock!
• Do not unplug the power adapter by pulling on the cable.
• Protect the cable of the power adapter from sharp edges and do not step on it.
• If the power adapter shows signs of damage, do not touch it, there is a risk of
death from an electric shock!
Fully disconnect the mains voltage for the socket to which the power adapter is
connected (e.g. turn off the corresponding circuit breaker or unscrew the fuse,
and then turn off the residual current circuit breaker).
Only then remove the mains adapter from the mains socket. Discontinue use and
dispose of the power adapter in an environmentally-friendly manner.
• Only use the supplied power adapter to operate the wireless camera. If the power
adapter is faulty, it must be replaced by an identical, stabilised power adapter with
the same technical specifications (voltage/current).
c) Wireless camera
• The wireless camera is suitable for indoor and outdoor use (IP65). However,
it must never be used in water or underwater, as this may destroy the interior
components.
• The wireless camera must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, intense vi-
bration or severe mechanical stress.
• The power connector is moisture-proof. However, it must not be placed in or under
water. We recommend that it is used in a place where it is not directly exposed to
precipitation.
• The power adapter is only intended for use in dry, enclosed interiors; it must not
get damp or wet. There is a risk of fatal electric shock!
• Ensure that the connection cable does not get pinched, kinked or damaged by
sharp edges.
• The wireless camera is not designed to replace personal supervision of children
or adults who require special assistance. It must only be used as a supervision
aid.
• Mount the wireless camera in a location where it does not point towards bright
sources of light (e.g. sunlight or spotlights). This will lead to an overexposed
and distorted image and may damage the image sensor in the event of constant
exposure.

Intended use
The wireless camera serves as an extra camera for a suitable surveillance system (e.g. Conrad
item no. 2274368). The supplied wireless camera cannot be used as an accessory for the
respective surveillance system if this is not explicitly stated.
The video signal is transmitted wirelessly to the surveillance system. The wireless camera is
powered by the included power adapter.
Please note that it is a criminal offence to use the camera to observe third persons without
their knowledge and consent. Always observe the rules and regulations of the country where
you use the camera.
For safety and approval purposes, do not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product
for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition, improper
use can cause hazards such , as a short circuit, fire or electric shock. Read the operating
instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Only make this product available to third
parties together with its operating instructions.
