IR OUT
8 in total, connects to an IR transmitter to send the IR signal received from the
HDBT remote receivers.
HDMI
HDMI input ports, 8 in total.
IR IN
Connect with IR receiver, 8 in total, correspond to the 8 IR OUTs, cannot be
switched separately. It makes up an IR bi-directional transmission with the IR OUT
on the corresponding far-end receiver.
RS232
3-way captive connectors, 8 in total, corresponding to 8 output sources.
Communicates with the RS232 port on the corresponding HDBT receiver.
AUDIO
HDMI de-embedded stereo audio outputs, 8 in total
HDMI
Local HDMI output for HDMI Inputs 1 to 4. Connect to HDMI output devices for
local monitoring.
HDBT
Output extension ports, works with HDBT receivers, for example SY-HDBT-70PR, SY-
HDBT-100R.
RS232
Serial port for controlling the matrix.
IR ALL IN
IR control signal input from an IR receiver, the IR signal is sent to all 8 receivers
simultaneously.
TCP/IP
TCP/IP port for unit control
IR EYE
Connect an IR receiver to use the IR remote to control the MHDBT-88P.
Power
Use to turn on/off the matrix. The indicator is red when the power is on.
Power Supply
Connect with 110V to 240V AC power outlet.
GROUND
Connect to earth to ensure the unit is well grounded.
Connection with SY-HDBT-70PR
MHDBT-88P can work with SY-HDBT-70PR to extend transmission distance up to 70m and the ports all
support PoC, so a remote PSU is not required. Connect the HDBT output port of MHDBT-88P to SY-HDBT-
70PR with Cat5e/6 cable.
