Control Far-end Device from Local

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

When there is a colour losing or no video signal output, check hat the cables are properly
connected and are not broken.
2.
If EDID management does not work correctly, check the HDMI cable.
3.
When switching, there is a blank screen on the display, maybe the display does not support the
resolution of the video source. Switch again or use the EDID management to manually set the
resolution of the video source to a compatible output resolution.
