Vacuum Sealing with Bag
• Make sure the opening of the bag to be sealed is completely dry,
otherwise, the bag will not be perfectly sealed.
• Stretch and flatten the bag opening against the sealing wire to
remove any possible wrinkles and irregularities.
• Do not put sharp objects such as bones or hard shells in the vacuum
bag, as such objects may puncture the bag. Pad the sharp edges with
paper towels or use vacuum containers.
• Vacuum bags can be re-used. But do not re-use bags that have been
boiled or microwaved, or that have been used to store fresh fish or
greasy foods.
1. Use the suitable vacuum bag size.
2. Put food in the bag, allowing at least 4 - 5 cm space from the bag opening.
3. Place and flatten the open end of the bag across the sealing wire.
4. Close and lock the lid by pushing it down hard at both ends and at the same
time pressing the lock at both right and left side until a click is heard.
5. Press the ON/OFF button.
6. Press the Vacuum Level button to choose the vacuum strength.
7. Set the seal time by pressing the “+” “-” buttons.
8. Press the Start button. The machine will start vacuuming and sealing
automatically.
9. After the sealing is completed, open the lid and take out the sealed bag.
For delicate items (e.g. foods with liquids or powdered/granulated
foods), press the Manual Vac button repeatedly and stop pressing
when the desired pressure is reached. Then press the Seal button to
start sealing.
