During a call: Press to increase the volume.
In idle mode: Press to access the redial list.
(down) In lists / menus: Press to scroll downwards.
During connection: Press to decrease the volume.
Press to activate / deactivate hands-free.

Special key functions
In idle mode: a long press will activate/deactivate keypad lock.
In editing mode: a short press toggles between uppercase and
lowercase character or digit input.
During a call: temporary switch to DTMF if pulse is acivated.
In idle mode: a long press turns on/off the handset ringer.
Standby mode
All descriptions in this operating manual assume that the handset is in idle
mode. The system switches to idle mode by pressing the button.
Navigating in the menu
All the functions can be accessed via the various menus. The entire menu struc-
ture can be found in the appendix.
The softkeys and the arrow keys are used for navigation in the menu.
The menu is opened with the left softkey

Use the arrow keys and to move within the menu.
Press the softkey to open a sub menu.
Press to go back to the previous level.
The display
The display shows the telephone’s state. Below date and time the handset’s
name is displayed. Entries in the call list alternates with the handset’s name.
F. ex. 02/05 means: five entries in the call list, with two new entries.
