Ring tone volume on the handset
The volume of the ring tone on the handset can be adjusted in three steps. With the
Crescendo
function, the handset first rings quietly and then progressively louder. If at any time you do not
want to be disturbed, you can also turn the ring tone off altogether. If the ring tone is turned off,
incoming calls will only be signalled at the base station and by means of the display on the
handset.

RING VOL
with the
buttons and confirm with
OK
.
4. Select
the required volume using
and
or switch the ring tone off with
VOLUME
OFF
and confirm with
OK
.

Now select further menu functions or exit the menu by pressing and holding the
INT
button.

Setting the ring tones on the base station (ring melodies)
The base station can also respond with 5 different ringing tones when a call comes through.
