Speed dial
You can assign your most frequently used 8 numbers to the number keys 2 to 9. To
make a call using speed dial, press and hold the relevant number key.
Assigning speed dial keys

2. Press the softkey under
Option
.
3. Select
Speed Dial
and press
OK
to confirm.
4. Select the desired number key (2…9) press
OK
to confirm.
5. Select a number from the phonebook press
OK
to confirm.
Shared phonebook
You can save up to 10 entries in the shared phonebook stored in the base station. All
handsets registered to the base can access the shared phonebook.
1. Press the softkey under
Menu
. Select
Services / Shared PB
and press
OK
to
confirm.

Shared PB
and press
OK
to confirm.
If you have new events (e.g. missed calls), press
to open the relevant window.
2. Press
to scroll through the list, select the desired entry.
3. Press the softkey under
Option
, select
Edit
, enter name and number and save the entry.
4. Press again the softkey under
Option
to view the details of an entry, to delete the entry
or the entire shared phonebook.
