Connecting the phone
Before you can start using your telephone you must plug in the telephone connector
cable and the mains cable.
Safety note
Use only the mains unit supplied for the
base station or charging bay.

Telephone connector cable
Connect the telephone connection cable to the
socket on the base station marked with a telephone
symbol and fit the cable into the corresponding
groove.
Connect the other end of the telephone connection
cable to the telephone wall plug. Note that for
older types of wall connectors you may need an
appropriate adapter plug.

Mains cable
First, insert the mains cable in the socket marked
with the mains connector symbol on the base of
the base station or charging bay, and fit the cable
in the moulded cable duct. Then insert the mains
plug in the 230 V socket.
Note Your telephone will not function if the mains plug is not plugged in or during
a power failure.
