Registering/de-registering other handsets
You can register up to six cordless devices on your base (handsets or data modules
(M101data, M105data).
A Classis S127, S124isdn und Top S327, S324isdn handset that is not yet registered on
a base is registered automatically. You must register older handsets from the same
manufacturer as well as handsets from other manufacturers

A Classic S127, S124isdn handset can be registered on one base.

Any handset that is not registered on a base can be registered automatically.
To register for the first time, place the
deactivated handset
in the base with the
display
facing upwards
. Registration takes around one minute. The handset
automatically
receives the lowest free internal number from the range
Int.11
to
Int.16
.
If the internal numbers
Int.11
to
Int.16
have already been assigned, please de-register
another handset first (page 43).

de-register another handset you no longer require before registering a new one
(page 43).
You must initiate handset registration on the handset and on the base.
1. On the base
Press the registration/paging key on the base for about 3 seconds. This starts the
registration.

Automatic registration is only possible if no call is being made from
the base on which you are registering the handset.

You can assign another internal name to a registered handset
