The working output can be increased for wood
pieces smaller than app.50cm and for more
wood pieces by shorting the backward
movement of the splitting knife.
Put a short piece of wood on the splitter table
and move the splitting knife as low as app.2
cm above the wood , switch the splitter off(red
button on the switch and disconnect the plug).
You can shorten the backward movement
using the fixed rod (31) by fixing the rod in the
required height with the adjusting screw (30)
Stand assembly
NOTE: Before Using the Machine, Please drill
2 holes (Ø12mm) on the rigid ground, the
distance of two holes is 20 cm. Fix the
machine by insert the Bolts (M8X110) into the
two holes of the Bottom of the stand and holes
on the ground.
Operation
Warning!
Before operating the log splitter, the Bleed
Screw (32), should be loosened by some
rotations until air can go in and out of the
oil tank smoothly.
Air flow through the Bleed Screw hole
should be detectable while the log splitter
is under operations.
Before moving the log splitter, make sure
the Bleed Screw is tightened to avoid oil
leaking from this point.
Failed to loosen the bleed screw will keep the
sealed air in hydraulic system being
compressed after being decompressed, such
continuous air compression and
decompression will blow out the seals of the
hydraulic system and cause permanent
damage to the log splitter.
Attention:
Before the first use, make sure that the log
splitter is in good conditions and that no visual
damages are there.
Check all hydraulic hoses, fittings and
coupling and to detect and repair eventual oil
leaks.
Make sure that all safeties and protections are
duly assembled on the machine. Do not
attempt to remove or by pass these safeties!
Make sure that the log splitter will not be
