Jet System 2 is a completely electronically controlled massage tub. All the functions are controlled from the control panel to
make the tub as easy to use as possible. The system has a safety suction system and a dry-run proof water pump.
Filling the massage tub
In order to run water into the massage tub, the power must be switched on and the drain must be closed. For further information
on how to close the drain, see page 32. If the tub comes close to overflowing, the drain will automatically open and discharge
water until the approved maximum water level has been re-established. NB: Certain mixers or water distribution networks may
fill the massage tub faster than the tub discharges the water. In this case, the tub must be constantly checked while the water is
running.
Emptying the massage tub
There are two ways of emptying the massage tub. You can either just open the drain, or you can turn off the whole massage
tub, in which case the drain will open automatically. In the event of a power failure, the drain automatically opens and the water
is discharged. When the power returns, the drain can be closed again and the tub can be filled.
Massage jets
The massage tub has the following jets:
- Sides - 6 directable, electronically controlled massage jets. The jet direction is hand-adjusted to the desired massage angle.
- Back - 6 electronically controlled mini jets.
- Foot - 4 electronically controlled mini jets.
- Base - 8 electronically controlled base jets. (Optional)
The massage jets are switched on from the control panel. The control panel is also used to aerate all the jets for a stronger
massage.
As standard, the side nozzles start and the jets are aerated when you start the pump, regardless of which programme was
previously used. This also applies when the massage programme is completed.
Massage programmes
The system comes with the following massage programmes:
- Back, moving
- Full body, shifting
- Back + foot shifting
- Sides, pulsating
- Back, pulsating
- Back upper, pulsating
- Full body, moving, silent (
extras frequency inverter
)
- Back, pulsating 2 (
extras frequency inverter
)
- Bottom, pulsating (
extras frequency in bottom
)
For information on the different massage programmes, see page 35.
For information on how to switch the massage programmes on/off, see page 32.
Heater 3 kW
The first time the tub is started, the heater is set to 37
˚
C. The same applies the first time the tub is started after a power failure.
In order for the heater to start, the following conditions must be met:
- The drain must be closed.
- The approved water level must be reached (about 5 cm above the top massage nozzle).
- The water temperature must be below 43
˚
C.
- The pump must be switched on.
When the above conditions are met, the heater can be started from the control panel. From the control panel, you can change
the temperature that you want the water to be heated to.
Lamp, light therapy
A light with a light therapy function is installed in the massage tub. The tub has twelve different light therapy programmes. Each
programme includes the option of adjusting the light intensity and brightness.
For instructions on using the light therapy function, see page 32-33.
