13. Removing right crankcase cover

Required tool:

big size and

mallet or soft hammer

After removing the kick starter lever, loosen the
right crankcase cover fixing screws and remove the

cover hitting with a mallet or a soft hammer.

14. Loosening clutch sleeve hub nut

Required tool:

Special tool

Place the piston holder between the connecting

rod and the crankcase in order to lock the counter
shaft and slacken the clutch sleeve hub nut.
