SERVICING
BATTERY
The battery is located under the seat.
Pull the seat lock lever upward, and remove the seat.
A: Seat
B: Seat lock lever
Remove the two bolts to take off the bracket.
Remove the battery from the vehicle.
A: Bracket
B: Bolt
Filling electrolyte
Remove the aluminium tape sealing the battery elec-
trolyte filler holes.
A: Aluminium tape
B: Electrolyte filler hole
Remove the caps from the electrolyte container.
A: Caps
B: Sealed area
NOTE:
Use the removed caps as the sealed caps of
battery filler holes.
Do not remove or pierce the sealed areas of
the electrolyte container.
