Fan Headers
The X7SBi-LN4/X7SBi-LN4-TM has six fan headers
including five chassis/system fan headers (Fan1 to
Fan5) and one CPU Fan (CPU Fan6). All these fans
are 4-pin fans. However, Pins 1-3 of the fan headers
are backward compatible with the traditional 3-pin
fans. See the table on the right for pin definitions.
The onboard fan speeds are controlled by Thermal
Management via BIOS Hardware Monitoring in the
Advanced Setting.
Note
: The Default setting is Disabled.

If three power supplies are installed and Alarm Reset
(JAR) is enabled, the system will notify you when any
of the three power modules fails. Connect JAR to a
micro-switch to turn off the alarm that is activated
when a power module fails. See the table on the
right for pin definitions.
