VR Mailbox Command options
This feature controls VR Mailbox Commands. Use the key-
board number pad to enter a value. The values represent:
1) MPS VR Cmd; 2) PS4 Exit VR Cmd; 4) MPS VR Decay Cmd
Multiple commands may be entered by using the sum of multiple
values, for example '6' would issue option (2)
and
(4).
Platform PL1 Enable
This feature disables or enables the Platform Power Limit 1 program-
ming. If this feature is enabled, it activates the PL1 value to be used
by the processor to limit the average power of the given time window.
The options are
Disabled
or Enabled.
Platform PL1 Power
Select a value. Default is
0
.
Platform PL1 Time Window
This feature determines the time window over which the TDP value is
maintained. The options are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16,
20, 24, 28, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64, 80, 96, 112, 128.
Platform PL2 Enable
This feature disables or enables the Platform Power Limit 2 program-
ming. If this feature is enabled, it activates the PL2 value to be used
by the processor to limit the average power of the given time window.
The options are
Disabled
or Enabled.
Platform PL2 Power
Select a value. Default is
0
.
Power Limit 4 Override
This feature disables or enables the Power Limit 4 Override. If this
feature is disabled, the BIOS will program the default values for Power
Limit and Power Limit 4 Time Window. The options are
Disabled
or
Enabled.
