To format a disk:

The operation of
Formatting Disk
allows you to perform a low-level format-
ting of a hard drive by writing zeros to the entire disk. Serial ATA drives are low-level
formatted at the factory and do not need to be low-level formatted again.

Format Disk
and press
<Enter>

Read the warning message when it appears in the screen as shown below. To
continue with disk formatting, select

and hit
