IPMI Dedicated LAN Port LEDs
A dedicated IPMI LAN port is located on
the rear I/O panel. The amber LED on
the right side of the port indicates activity,
while the link LED on the left indicates
the speed of the connection. See the
table at right for more information.

BMC Heartbeat LED
A BMC Heartbeat LED is located at
BMC_HB_LED1 on the serverboard.
When this LED is blinking, BMC is
functioning normally. See the table at
right for more information.
Rear UID LED
The rear UID LED is located on the rear
of the serverboard. This LED is used in
conjunction with the rear UID switch to
provide easy identification of a system
that might be in need of service.
BMC Heartbeat LED (LEM1)

Green: Blinking BMC:Normal
BMC Heartbeat LED
A BMC Heartbeat LED is provided to
display BMC status. When blinking,
BMC is functioning normally. See the
table at right for more information.
Onboard Power LED
The Onboard Power LED is located
at LE6 on the serverboard. When this
LED is on, the system is on. Be sure
to turn off the system and unplug the
power cord before removing or installing
components. See the table at right for
more information.
