3.2 Headers and Connectors

General Purpose I/O Header

The JGP1 (General Purpose Input/Output) header is a general purpose I/O expander on a 
pin header via the SMBus. Refer to the table below for pin definitions.

Standby Power

The  Standby  Power  header  is  located  at  JSTBY1  on  the  motherboard.  Refer  to  the  table 
below for pin definitions.

Fan Headers

The M11SDV-8C-LN4F has three 4-pin fan headers: FAN1, FAN2, and FANA. These headers 
are  backward  compatible  with  the  traditional  3-pin  fans.  This  motherboard  supports  dual 
cooling zone. FAN1 and FAN2 operate in Zone1. FANA operates in Zone2. Fan speed control 
is only available for 4-pin fans using Thermal Management via the IPMI 2.0 interface. Refer 
to the table below for pin definitions.
