Fault 13
Grid overvoltage,
3-phase
Fault 14
Surge error
Fault 15
Grid overvoltage
> 10 %
Causes
The grid voltage is too high.
The solar inverter has de-
tected a high voltage peak
in fed-in phases.
The grid voltage of the fed-
in phase is too high.
Remedies
The solar inverter monitors the limits of
the minimum and maximum permissible
3-phase grid voltage. If the values exceed
below these limits (U
max
= 264 V), the
solar inverter switches off and only
restarts automatically when the voltage
value has returned within the limits.
The fault cut-out can be triggered even
if the values only exceed or fall below
the limits very briefly.
Ask your electricity board about grid
stability and design.
The solar inverter starts automatically
after fault elimination. If the error occurs
more frequently, please contact your
energy supply company.
The solar inverter monitors the limits of
the minimum and maximum permissible
grid voltage. If the limit is exceeded by
10 % (U
max
= 253 V), the solar inverter
disconnects from the grid after 10 minu-
tes (in accordance with DIN V VDE V
0126-1-1).
