ICP Solar Technologies grants the original purchaser of the Sunsei™
SolarCharger SE135/SE150/SE400/SE500/SE1200/SE1500 a
10-year
warranty
on the power output and a
2-year
warranty on the materials of the module. ICP
guarantees that the unit will produce a minimum 80% of its original minimum
power rating for the Warranty Period from the original purchase date and to the
original purchaser. ICP warrants the module to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal applications, installation, use and service
conditions for the Warranty Period from the purchase date. Please note that ICP
will not accept returns without prior authorization. The original proof of purchase
is required for warranty validation.
Warranty for accessories
: A
2-year
warranty is given on accessories such as,
but not limited to, cables included with the product. The warranty applies from
the original purchase date and to original purchaser only.

Warranty coverage does not apply when:
•
A defect in a component which is not part of the original ICP module.
•
Damages caused by installation procedures that do not significantly
conform to accepted industry standards.
•
Defect/damages caused by any misuse, abuse, subjected to improper
voltage or power surge or abnormal environmental conditions (such as
acid rain, other pollution, lighting, storm earthquake, fire etc), negligence
or accident and Acts of God.
•
External corrosion, mold discoloration or the like occurs.
•
Damage caused by water infiltration unless the product is weatherproofed
by ICP.
•
Damage to persons or property caused by improper installation, misuse or
improper handling of this product.
•
Product bought from E-bay, liquidators, auction sales and other type of
non-ICP authorized dealers.
•
Product serial tags or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or
tampered with.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by ICP, it is understood that the above are
the only warranties given by ICP who neither assumes nor authorizes anyone
else to assume for it any other obligations or liabilities in connection with the
module. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of accidental or
consequential losses so the exclusions may not apply to the purchase. This
